Is this collecting my data?
No. fakechan is built to run completely on your device. No data goes to the server - all it does is host this site. The save/load draft feature stores your work in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device.
How can I use this offline?
If you want to use this offline, use Ctrl+S (Windows), Cmd+S (macOS), or in your browser click the menu and find wherever it says "Save page", and you're sorted. Just open it whenever you need.
Why build this at all?
I saw that other 4chan post generators didn't have all the features that I would personally want, so I made one that did.
I want a new feature, how do I get you to add that?
Scroll down to the form below, type your idea, and I'll have a look. If I think it's good and not something dumb/a meme then I'll add it, as long as it's still something I can implement client-side.
